Jeffrey Gota
Founder of Aaron's Cooling & Heating, Jeff has been serving HVAC customers in the Sacramento area for over 40 years. Experienced in repair, installations, energy management systems, controls, system design, retrofitting, and evaluations of both residential and commercial systems.
A former HVAC specialist for the Folsom Cordova Unified School District, maintenance director of Komoi Ko Inc., and CEO of Aaron's Cooling and Heating (1992–2009), Jeff is now CEO and responsible managing officer (RMO) for Value Heating and Air. His companies have won multiple awards for best in the HVAC industry, including making SMUD's top rated contractors list in Sacramento and TRANE's most distinguished dealer award. After a short retirement in 2009, Jeff returned to manage Value Heating and Air Inc. where he is committed to providing extraordinary service to all his customers. In 2018, The Best of Sacramento awarded Value Heating and Air Inc. best air conditioning contractor. Stan JohansenStan is a well-rounded and experienced technician with more than 34 years of hands on experience in the HVAC industry. He specializes in commercial and residential heating and air. Stan has also worked on fully custom commercial projects and custom homes, including custom brass and copper lines. He had the privilege of installing the HVAC system in the personal home of Carol Burnett's daughter here in Sacramento.

Mike HeathMike has more than 15 years of hands on experience working in the HVAC industry. He started right out of high school and, within a month, worked from shop cleaning and loading to technician assistant. Shortly thereafter he earned his technician certification and became a foreman and lead at 3 new community projects in Bakersfield, CA.
In 2007, Mike moved from Bakersfield to Sacramento and has worked in HVAC, first with George Guide Air Conditioning, and then with Value Heating and Air, Inc. Maritza Heath
Maritza is Value Heating and Air Inc.'s office manager. She has extensive experience working in the construction and HVAC industry. Along with her husband Mike, they live in Sacramento with their two kids and dog Jax.
